Arugula Salad with Fuyu Persimmon, Candied Walnuts, and Goat Cheese

Enjoy peppery arugula greens, layered in sweet Fuyu persimmons, topped with candied walnuts, and tangy goat cheese, all drizzled in our house-made red wine vinaigrette! Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients: arugula, persimmon, candied walnuts (egg whites, sugar), goat cheese, red onion, red wine vinaigrette

Allergens: egg, tree nuts, dairy

Remove lid and empty the dressing over the salad. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss the salad well and serve immediately.
