Black Pepper Prime Rib

Certified Angus Beef rib roast is crusted with black pepper and tied. It comes raw so all you need to do is pop it in the oven a few hours before guests start to arrive. 5 lbs, serves 6-8

Ingredients: beef, salt, black pepper

Heating Instructions: Leave beef at room temperature for at least 1 hour, uncovered. Place in a roasting pan or large skillet with the fat side up. Cook for 15 minutes at 500 degrees and reduce the temperature to 325 degrees. It is about 15 minutes per pound of meat. Bake until it reaches an internal temperature of 110 degrees for medium rare, 120 degrees for medium, and 130 for well done.
