Willie Bird Ranch has been operating since 1948 in Sonoma County, California. Our chefs split the birds and let them overnight with a dry brine. This process keeps all the juices in and gives it its beautiful golden brown color. It's smoked for hours at a low temperature. 1 half turkey, Serves 3-4
Ingredients: turkey, salt, maple sugar, spices, black pepper
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove your turkey from the bag, place on a sheet tray with a liner and cover the turkey completely with tinfoil. Put in the oven for 40 minutes. Let rest about 10 minutes and carve.
