House-Smoked Turkey (2 halves)

We source our turkeys from Branigan's Turkey Farm! We rub the breast and dark meat in a dry brine made in-house with salt, maple sugar, and spices...yum! It makes carving a breeze. For a whole bird, you receive two separate halves. Serves 6-8

Ingredients: turkey, salt, maple sugar, spices, black pepper

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove your turkey from the bag, place on a sheet tray with a liner and cover the turkey completely with tinfoil. Put in the oven for 40 minutes. Let rest about 10 minutes and carve.
