Open Position - Customer Experience Associate
Luke's Local is an independently-owned grocery business that delivers food from local family farms, butchers, ranchers, and food makers. Luke's sincerely sources great food made with integrity, and is passionate about making grocery shopping a convenient and enjoyable experience for Bay Area communities. We offer in person grocery shopping at our neighborhood market on Cole and Parnassus in the heart of Cole Valley, and same day delivery anywhere in San Francisco. You are enthusiastic about local food, a strong communicator, excellent with customers, and have great attention to detail. You take initiative to get the job done and are excited about working at a quick pace with a small but mighty team. You have customer service experience. Ideally, you also have experience with PhotoShop, InDesign, and Illustrator. You are passionate about our mission, joining our Customer Experience team, and want to be a part of growing the business.
About the Job
The Customer Experience Associate reports directly to the Manager of Customer Experience and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to all Luke’s Local customers for a superior customer experience.
This person will be responsible for covering customer service through phone and email for all market, delivery, and catering customers. They will also be responsible for updating and maintaining all house-made product data and content in Revel POS, including descriptions, photos, and inventory information. They will collaborate with the Manager of Customer Experience on weekly content - from descriptions, to photography, to in-store merchandising.
They will also handle the coordination of all catering logistics, as well as basic office management tasks for our warehouse and office.
This position works closely with the Buyers and Online Operations Manager to maintain a streamlined workflow from kitchen to customer across the entire brand.
