This is my favorite way to prepare squash. I just love the bright by flavors of this salad. I like to serve it along with a couple other items like bread and prosciutto to have an easy and delicious summer meal.

"I love making a bibimbap style meal since you can use up whatever you have in your fridge and can customize each bowl to the different preferences of your family. The Wynn’s Sate Sauce makes a great and easy marinade for flank steak but this would also be great with tofu. Siembra y Cosecha Farm is rooted in Miguel's lifelong pursuit of farming, inherited from his parents and deeply influenced by his upbringing in Santa Inés del Monte, Oaxaca, Mexico. The farm's mission revolves around cultivating healthy, nourishing produce while respecting the land and fostering a stronger connection between people and their food.
We were lucky enough to hear directly from Miguel how his upbringing has inspired him to do the amazing work he does today.
